User Research: Pain Points

Accurate ETA costs

Where containers are in the world is a big data point, as shipping schedules tend to blow out. This can cost the end customer/s on average $336 per container, per day.

ETA data stale

Nothing is real-time at the moment. There is no push at the moment to make it real-time either. This can cost end customers $113 per container, per day.

Delays affect business profits

The average cost of delays cause businesses on average $1017 per container, per day

Delays affect promotions

Customers are looking closely at ETA’s as they need to get supply out or delay promotional activity. This can cost end customers $14/hr, per day, per container.
